Degrees or Diplomas in Special Education, Child Development, Psychology, or Humanities.
Excellent active listening, deep empathy, and emotional resilience.
Good verbal English/Hindi communication to sync with school faculty.
Prior tutoring or volunteering experience with children is highly preferred.
